Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
  • Digital products or downloadable items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
  3. If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us
